The solutions offered by Reca Plast in fact reflect the design and modeling potential of its technical office, valid in the development of technical components. The production of the department is diversified with injection-stretch-blow molding technology, for the production of bottles and hollow bodies.
Blow molding is used for the production of hollow bodies, such as canisters , bottles etc.
Being able to make use of a state-of-the-art machine park, this type of production in Reca Plast is even diversified:
- for the production of bottles and hollow bodies in PVC up to 1000cc and in PE up to 3000cc, the injection-stretch-blow molding technology is used;
- for the production of coextruded bi-material bottles up to 500cc (with soft touch effect) both in PE and PP the extrusion-blow molding technology is used.
The extrusion of plastic materials is a particular plastic deformation procedure aimed at the production of constant section (“extruded”) pieces, a plus ultra for Reca Plast srl .

The Reca Plast injection and extrusion mold construction department rests its solid foundations on the design and manufacturing experience of our technicians and employs technologically advanced machines.
Injection molding
The materials mainly used are: polypropylene, TRITAN, ABS, thermoplastic rubber, nylon, polycarbonate, polyethylene, polystyrene, PMMA and SAN, also with self-extinguishing characteristics.
